My experience with Nick has been impeccable. I entrusted him with my Breville Oracle espresso machine, and the service was top-notch, he provided an honest and accurate diagnosis at the most competitive price. After the repair and cleaning he performed, the machine has been working perfectly and the coffee tastes excellent again. I want to highlight his professionalism and his willingness to communicate and explain every detail.. Highly recommended!

Nick was so persistent with fixing my Oracle touch Breville coffee machine. I love that machine and the coffee it makes so when it didn’t work I was devastated. Nik was great with follow up. He always updated me on the progress. It took a while because he had to order parts from Germany. So grateful he was able to fix it!! Awesome customer service!!!

I recently ordered a bean-to-cup machine from Coffee Equipment Shop for my business. Nick is very knowledgeable about the entire coffee experience from bean quality, to machines, to maintenance. He provided white glove service and I would recommend this business to anyone interested in a stellar coffee experience. 10/10
